Akansha Arora, founder of Jairam outsourcing limited has been passionate about being an entrepreneur from her college days.She co-founded Jairam Outsourcing Limited all alone.

Akansha has many years of experience in leading advisory, information and research businesses, with primary focus on Business management consultancy and development services. Akansha led several global practices within the Jairam Outsourcing Limited. Akansha also serving as Director for Jairam outsourcing limited. Operations & Innovation Practice, launching and growing several new bench-marking and information products and overseeing the growth of services to the most senior executives in Operations and R&D.Prior to the Jairam outsourcing limited,she was Confidently and comfortably negotiating with clients, communicate at all levels and types of client,Leading Team,Assessment of target markets and potential marketing opportunities.,Conducting on-site surveys with customers to identify potential sales opportunities,Face to face client meetings,Generating new business via personal client visits/cold calling/Telesales,Lead generation for sales,Manage appointments and maintain database at Superior I.T. Services Ltd, London, UK.

Before joining to Superior, Akansha led client engagements in strategy, service operations ,sales and growth at MNYL(Max New York  Life)INDIA Group. She also has extensive experience in strategy, operations and analytics across a broad range of banking and insurance businesses from Yes Bank and Corporative Banks. she was responsible for the development and growth of information products and executive networks in insurance, service delivery, and retirement services.

Akansha is a keen and avid reader and loves to listen music. She is certified from New York Life International in 2007 .Trainer and visits various business colleges and enjoys engaging with young students.She  holds a Ex .MBA in Finance from University Of Wales and MBA in International Business from Pune and German University.
